Solid Rock Community Church of the Nazarene began from a vision birthed by the Senior Pastor, Rev. Nick Stavropolous and members of Rosewood Church of the Nazarene. In 2007, a group of 12 individuals from the Rosewood Church of the Nazarene made the decision to transition to Richmond Hill and become the core group of the new church. 

 

After a year of planning, prayer, vision, and God's guidance Solid Rock Community Church of the Nazarene opened on Sunday, September 21, 2008. The grand opening was at Cosmo Music School (10 Via Renzo Drive, Richmond Hill, ON). The church was organized on Sunday, November 22, 2015.  

 

We are a multi-cultural and intergenerational church. Our mission is to lead all people to become committed followers of Jesus Christ. 

 

After being an online church since March 2020 we are re-convening in person at our new location at the Village Church of the Nazarene at  218 Main St Unionville, Unionville, ON L3R 2H1 since September 11, 2022.
