Paul writes in 2 Tim 4: 7 "I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith." Life can be difficult. Nobody is exempt from facing hard and difficult times, but the word from Paul says; let us keep on fighting the good fight, finish the race, and keep the faith. What does Paul mean by fighting the good fight? He is saying that we should keep on doing good for others, we should keep praying, we should keep living our lives for Jesus, we should keep pressing on despite what we are going through. He says we should fight, finish, and keep the faith because in the end there will be a reward for us. If we stop now, we won't receive the reward. Whatever you are facing now, it's only temporary. Keep your eyes fixed on the long term goals and if you keep going, you will receive your reward.
